NEEDMERCH.COM does not guarantee exact placement or colors on all silkscreen or embroidery orders. Silkscreening & Embroidery is a manufacturing process and is not 100% accurate on each and every garment. On files provied by the customer, we are not responsible for proof reading, fixing, or adjusting any files sent to us, unless the request is in writing and the art fee is mutually agreed upon prior to the proofing process; otherwise it is strictly the client's responsibility to check fonts, colors, etc on all orders beforethey are submitted. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS ON ALL ORDERS!

ARTWORK
If we have to make changes, corrections, or if we have to convert your files, you will be charged for services performed. You can avoid delays and charges by preparing your file correctly for us. PLEASE SEND ALL FILES IN PHOTOSHOP AS A FLATTENED CMYK TIF AT 300DPI OR IN ILLUSTRATOR AS AN EPS - make sure all fonts are converted to artwork.

Extra Charges for File Correction, Converting etc. is $50.00 per hour with a 30 minute minimum.

PROOFING
It is understood that the files we receive from you are properly set up for the silkscreening or embroidery process. NEEDMERCH.COM will supply you with a proof that you must approve prior to printing. NEEDMERCH.COM will not be responsible for any errors or color variations after the proofing process has been completed.

RETURNS / ERRORS
Silkscreening & Embroidery is a manufacturing process and is not 100% accurate on each and every garment. We will stand behind our products and will replace them if we are in error. Samples of the product in question must be submitted to us within 96 hours of completion. NEEDMERCH.COM will not be responsible for consequential damages as a result of our errors. Our liability is specifically limited to the value of the product manufactured. We reserve the right to request the product be returned to us for inspection or corrections.

FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS
When you give us an approved file for your merchandising order the printing process starts immediately. You will be responsible for payment of all work and materials used up to the time of receipt of your written requests for changes or cancellation of no less than the cost of goods plus $50.00

RETURNED CHECKS
A $50.00 return check fee will apply.
